WHY THIS MASTERCLASS
The decision often comes before the rule.
Geopolitical change rarely arrives as a neat regulatory event. Sanctions, export controls, investment restrictions and other measures emerge from political decisions that develop over time. For compliance leaders, the challenge is not simply to understand the rules as they stand, but to recognise where the political environment may be taking them.
This masterclass provides a practical framework for thinking ahead: identifying the forces shaping regulatory change, testing assumptions about what may happen next, and translating geopolitical understanding into better compliance judgement.
THE MASTERCLASS
From geopolitical change to compliance judgement.
Built around a focused framework, an applied case and a decision exercise, the masterclass asks participants to look beyond current requirements and consider how political developments may reshape the compliance environment.
